The SIESA® FRP Structural Profiles, are a line of products manufactured in a variety of resins, reinforced with fiberglass and manufactured under the pultrusion process.

The SIESA® Pultruded FRP Structural Profiles (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic-Plástico Reinforced with Fiber Glass) provide better performance in areas where other materials corrode or degrade. Pultruded structural profiles are a line of products manufactured in a variety of resins for industrial use.

The production of profiles ranges from angles (equal and unequal), plates, channels, beams (type I, wide flange and rectangular), tubes (round, square, rectangular and solid) and manufacture of special structures (guards for stairs, stairs marinas, railings, among others).

Access platform for personnel based on pultruded profiles in fiberglass reinforced plastic materials.

In these images we can see the supply of pultruded profiles and molded grating (which is not a limitation to being able to supply pultruded grating) complying with all security conditions. 

STAIRS AND STEPS

Supply and installation of yellow pultruded profiles to create an access platform for industry personnel on an upper floor and with direct exposure to the weather.

In the frame we can see the manufacture of safety railings and support for personnel crossing platforms in gray based on fiberglass structural profiles.

This structure is maintenance-free and ensures a durability of up to 30 years. Being manufactured with fiberglass-based products ensures its resistance to corrosion and resistance to UV rays. A product that does not fade and is highly resistant, as well as an anti-skid system that provides safety when walking and complying with the necessary safety conditions for industry operations.

STRUCTURES

Such is the case of this bottling plant in an area with high exposure to hot climates and the handling of liquids for human consumption, where it was required to create a closed space free of contamination and without presenting corrosion problems because it is a process for a consumer product. human.

OPERATING PLATFORM IN COOLING TOWER

Access platform for personnel based on fiberglass profiles and mesh. The manufacturing was carried out with pultruded profiles and the grid is supplied in pultruded type.

This project was carried out in a petrochemical complex within the cooling towers, which consisted of installing marine stairs on the upper floor to go down to the hot water tray without any risk.

The objective of this installation was to minimize the risk of falls for personnel who, due to the operations within the tower, need to access the hot water trays to regulate the flow required in the operation of the tower itself.

SPECIAL PROJECTS

Special project for the design and manufacture of coalescing filters for the collection of solids based on fiberglass profiles and a floating garbage trap with a platform for access, 100% reinforced fiberglass.

The product was designed for long-term life inside a body of water (black water river), being the ideal material for this environment.

Our SIESA FRP pultruded profiles were tested by SwRI, they resist high temperatures according to ASTM E-84 with a flame spread index of 15 issued by SwRI and ASTM D635, SELF-EXTINGUISHING and FIRE RETARDANT.
