TYPES OF ACCESSORIES

The SIESA® Coated Accessories They have interior linings in PTFE, PFA, PVDF, PP, ETFE and HDPE with dimensions between 2" to 12" (for larger diameters please contact us) and can be presented as accessories with fixed flanges o swivel flanges (loose flanges); while fixed flanges require moving the entire accessory, a lap join (loose flange) allows the movement of only the flange to orient itself to the needs of the project. They are very resistant to permeation with a carbon steel structure.

SIESA® COATED ELBOW

The SIESA® coated elbows They are manufactured from carbon steel with flanged ends which can be fixed or with rotating flanges and fluoropolymer and thermoplastic coatings ranging from PP, PTFE, PFA, PVDF and HDPE according to customer needs at angles of 90° and 45°. °

Ideal for small spaces or for the maximum use of spaces; This type of elbow will give the maximum installation capacity in the places to be applied. The ideal option for optimizing spaces, allowing the use of resources and avoiding their saturation.

ELBOW WITH SIESA® REDUCTION

In 90° and 45° angles in carbon steel alloy with interior coating in fluoropolymers (PFA, PTFE, PVDF AND PP) and exterior coating in epoxy paint, they are an ideal product for making maximum use of space, to reduce flow of the product to be handled.

Its manufacture in alloy steel and its anticorrosive protection make it an excellent quality product to be implemented in the industry. This accessory allows the segmentation of the product to be worked on.

SIESA® STRAIGHT TEE

Carbon steel alloy and anticorrosive protection, and interior coatings in fluoropolymers and thermoplastics which allows the fractionation of fluids for greater optimization.

SIESA® REDUCED TEE

Made of carbon steel alloy and anticorrosive protection, with internal coating in fluoropolymers and thermoplastics ranging from PP, PTFE, PFA, PVDF and HDPE, they have a standard reduction to reduce the flow of liquids or gases.

SIESA® INSTRUMENT TEE

This tee has a wafer-style body (without flanges), its function is mainly intended to mount measuring instruments.

SIESA® COVERED CROSS

Cross-shaped accessory, to divide the flow into three parts, available in standard sizes or with reductions, steel alloy and internal coating in fluoropolymers and thermoplastics according to the needs of our clients and their projects.

SIESA® REDUCED FLANGE

Generally used to reduce the outlet diameter due to process requirements and therefore reduce the flow of materials.

SIESA® CONCENTRIC REDUCTION

Conical-shaped accessory that allows the diameter of the pipes to be increased or decreased according to the needs of the section. It is called "Concentric" because its ends share the same center, axis.

SIESA® ECCENTRIC REDUCTION

Accessory that is used to join two connections, unlike the concentric one, its ends have a different center, an application for eccentric reductions is to use them in the abduction of the pumps to avoid their cavitation.

SIESA® SPACER

Manufactured for small lengths and used for adjustments during the installation of fluoropolymer-coated pipes and fittings.

YEE (SIDE TEE) SIESA®

The coated yee, also called lateral tee, is made of carbon steel alloy and anticorrosive protection, with fluoropolymer and thermoplastic coatings which allow the fractionation of fluids for greater optimization.

SIESA® DIVE TUBE (DIP TUBE)

They are used to be installed in reactors and are immersed within the reactor liquid for injection of raw materials, are part of a sampling system or to drain liquid without the need for a side or bottom outlet or feed raw materials without any risk of exposure , failures or leaks to the outside, since the feeding is direct to the center of the tank or reactor to receive the material.

"Y" TYPE STRAINER FILTER AND SIESA® BASKET TYPE

The strainer is used in a variety of corrosive services for the removal of debris from pipelines or solid particles from media. Can be supplied in “Y” type or “Basket” type, its unique design allows the filter to be easily removed for cleaning or replacement the impurity substance is stopped in the PTFE screen so that the flow of purity can pass through the filter . After a period of time, remove the detachable tub from the filter screen and you can reassemble it after cleaning. Therefore, it is easy to maintain.

The coated filter is widely used in petroleum, pharmaceutical chemical and environmental protection industries. It can not only increase the service life of the pump and other equipment, but also ensure the safety of the complete system.

SIESA® EXPANSION JOINT

Expansion joints are used to absorb expansion and contraction in piping caused by changes in system temperature, and are also used to absorb axial, lateral, and angular movement, misalignment, and/or vibration in piping systems.

Expansion joints come with three convolutions as standard. They can be customized to more than three convolutions. These expansion joints have their expansion controlled by means of screws to prevent the fluoropolymer bellows from breaking.

SIESA® PEEPHOUSE

The coated sight glass provides a reliable and safe visual indication of fluid flow in any corrosive service. Safe and shatterproof, each window consists of two borosilicate glasses, with easy visual quality control and inspection. The fluid flow can be viewed from above or below.

The coated sight glass can be widely used in corrosive services in chemical and petrochemical plants, pharmaceutical plants, and food and beverage processing.

SIESA® FLEXIBLE HOSE

Carbon steel or stainless steel braided (woven) PTFE flexible hose is used where flexibility is required to easily adapt a connection. For demanding applications, with pulsating pressures or extreme bend radii, the hose is supplied with a carbon steel or stainless steel double braid.

It is a flexible, practical accessory, it allows a smaller radius of curvature without twisting. The flexible PTFE hose can be used to join pipes with low mechanical resistance such as graphite, ceramic or glass pipe.

Engineering, Dismantling, Supply and Installation of Pipes, Connections and Valves in different diameters coated with PTFE, PFA and POLYPROPYLENE.

SIESA has participated with basic engineering, detailed engineering, dismantling, supply and installation.

This project was supplied to an industrial chemical company with high exposure to handling dangerous and highly corrosive chemicals, the environment has a high level of humidity and direct exposure to UV rays.

SIESA® pipes provide maximum safety as they are manufactured from a carbon steel alloy with an external coating in epoxy paints of the highest quality and an internal coating of fluoropolymers that ensure the highest quality in the conduction of fluids.

What are the advantages of SIESA® coated accessories?

Our coated accessories are designed to make the best use of work spaces in a carbon steel alloy, with an exterior coating in epoxy paint with a glossy finish, highly resistant to corrosion, and an interior coating in fluoropolymers and thermoplastics that ensure the safe conduction of highly corrosive fluids.

The best product for saline climates and extreme temperatures, industries such as PEMEX, oil platforms, chemicals, petrochemicals and anyone that handles corrosive fluid products, considerably reducing maintenance costs and with a useful life of more than 30 years.

Are they safe to use?

Of course, our manufacturing system is carried out under the most judicious quality standards in accordance with norms and specifications that ensure the best quality. ISO 9001 2015 quality system
